About Coach Carroll
Coach Steve Carroll is a dedicated youth hockey coach specializing in goaltender development. He helps young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and character in a supportive, high-energy learning environment. He was selected as USA Hockey’s 2024 Goaltender Developer of the Year for his work with Minnesota goalies. Steve is a two-time NCAA National Champion who works with goalies at the youth, high school and college levels. He runs his popular weekend clinics in Minnesota and Iowa during the summer and early fall.
