Session #12 – Tryout Tune-up – Sept. 25-27
September 25-27 Sports Arena East – Sauk Rapids 9 spots available
This three-day program is designed to get your goalie prepared for tryouts and ready to compete at their highest level. Goalies, ages 7-14, will sharpen key skills, build strong work habits and skate into the season feeling confident and in control of their game. The program features three, two-hour sessions.
Goalies will learn how to:
- Improve skating skills for stronger edges and balance
- Strength lateral movement skills
- Elevate save and recovery techniques for faster resets
- Control rebounds to limit second-chance scoring opportunities
- Sharpen hand-eye coordination skills
- Be on angle and in better position in the crease area
- Handle breakaways with confidence
Friday, 7-9 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-noon; Sunday, 10 a.m.- noon.
